Curry (with chicken)

Brown cubed chicken breast
Veggies: Oyster mushrooms, ginger, green+red pepper, onion, garlic, jalapeños, snap peas
 
 Rice: fry uncooked in sesame oil, cook 1:1.75 in water
Fry curry paste
 Combine chicken, veggies, curry paste
 Add coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste
Pick/wash fresh basil and fry it up in some oil until crispy

 
Serve over rice, garnish with crispy basil
